Maybe now would be a good time to mention that Etho doesn’t technically join hermitcraft until after the start of Double Life… which means. Yeah dbhc Etho is still in reset-mode for the entirety of Double Life (this is about equally upsetting as it is genuinely hilarious)

(Despite being explicitly told not to force Etho to re-deviate by Xisuma and Doc, and after roughly a month of no luck, I’m sure you can imagine the impatience and desperation that went into Bdubs’ decision to sign Etho up for the next life series, considering the last one was the last time Bdubs really saw Etho. Or. As himself anyway.)

this sketch file got messier and messier so im abandoning it, BUT tried to get some sort of idea down on how a run down nobles style could look with nothing really fitting him so hes just wearing the biggest old coat just to try and signal he is in fact their hired guard and not a lost worker wandering around their property .. even if he refuses to let his draft gear go, which he doesnt need at all for this job

also went with the idea of the lady being a sassy pony, though one on the bigger side (even if she looks small compared to him, shes barely smaller than her husband, who is average sized) loosely based her coat colors on that old painting of a quagga (maybe her noble line is one of the 'wild' equine types?)-

i do find it very fascinating what kinds of sizes and shapes and colors of horse breeds there are but for the purpose of a centaur world id try to keep them in a somewhat reasonable scale of size differences so it doesn get too awkward
